What are you known for in the Denver community? I own a Medspa in downtown Golden, CO. directly under the “Welcome to Golden” arch main street. I am a Golden Ambassador for the Chamber, a member for Golden Young Professional, and a proud sponsor/ member of Golden Women in Business. I am very involved in the Golden community and love to connect with others that help build a strong community.
What inspired you to get into your passion? To help others! I struggled with skin as a child and knew growing up I wanted to help people feel good in their own skin. After 10+ years as an Aesthetician I have a team of magical ladies living out their passion for skin and helping others.
What advice do you wish you could give your younger self? I would tell myself to just ENJOY and LEARN, life is a journey.
What kind of impact are you hoping to make in our world?I want to cause a positive impact with a RIPPLE effect, not sure how just yet but I try to do something as often as I can.
What are your hobbies? I am a homebody, I enjoy my family time, cooking and gardening.
What are your favorite forms of self care? I love my “Self care Sunday” Every Sunday I do some form of self care. On a normal Sunday it would consist of a full body dry brushing, bubble bath with a lit candle, face mask and painting my nails all before bed. I am consistent and never miss a week.
Where are you from? I am a 5th Generation Native to Colorado
What is one of the greatest lessons you’ve learned in life? Save yourself before you save others. I am naturally a giver but have learned I need to be strong before I can give. The stronger I am, the more I can give.
