Why are we doing virtual consultations?
Consultations are the blueprint for your service. It helps your service provider have a game plan on how they are going to formulate, what type of color or cut would look best and how they can achieve that desired outcome with products.
During your visit you will be wearing a mask it can be your own as long as you have washed it, or a disposable mask that we will be providing. They mask must have elastic around your ears. Communication in a mask and not being able to see your face can be a challenge and we want to make sure we are still providing you with the best service possible that you have grown accustomed to.
How does it work?
2 days prior to your visit we will be sending you a text confirmation with a link to your questionnaire. The questionnaire will have questions around your health to ensure the safety of our team and our customers is not at risk.
After you agree to the guidelines and fill out the questionnaire you will be sent a link to a zoom call. If you have never had to use zoom, neither have we and we've figured it out.
Please make sure your sound and your video is on and you are in a well lit room for us to see your hair.
Your stylist that will be performing the service will be doing the zoom consultation. She will then add the services and any product recommendations that you would like to your cart and have it ready for check out upon your arrival. We can also book you for your next service during that time.
We will allow 30 min for travel time to get to your service. If you need more time, please let us know and we are happy to accommodate you.
