Client Spotlight - Sonja Lilljeberg

Sonja has been a client of ours now for a few years and we are so grateful for her loyal support. Its amazing to be able to connect with clients like her and learn about the awesome things she does. We strive to have clients that are like minded with what we value.
What are you known for in the Denver community?
I am an Intuitive Healer. I work with all types of clients looking for both physical and energetic alignment. I also teach/coach people with Reiki Certifications, the art of learning energy healing.

What inspired you to get into your passion?
I am fascinated with the human body, it's dysfunction and dis-ease. I went to school to become a physical therapist and ended becoming a healer in a different capacity. I learned that the body is capable of healing itself if we understand how to use the tools we already possess. That fact alone assists me with my work every single day!
What advice do you wish you could give your younger self?
I would truly tell myself to stop worrying about what everyone is doing or interested in. If you have skills or passion in something completely opposite of your friends, go with it! Learn, explore and stay curious!
What kind of impact are you hoping to make in our world?
I want people to understand how to trust your own instincts, I want people to understand they truly hold the key to their own healing and place in this world. I want to share with people on how to reconnect with their born intuitive skills and thrive within that space.
What are your hobbies?
I definitely love to workout in all forms. I'm passionate about tennis, it's the first sport I learned. I also love horses and riding - my babies are in the Midwest, it's something I'll never give up. Since coming back to Colorado, I'm crazy about spending as much time in the mountains as possible. It's so grounding to me, something that is so dynamic about Nature and what it offers.
What are your favorite forms of self care?
Self care is a loaded word - I a bodyworker by trade so getting my own in all forms is highly important to my wellbeing. I do massage. acupuncture, energetic chiropractic adjustments and fascial stretching. I spend time in infrared saunas & Himalayan Salt rooms. I walk, run, workout. I adore naps as well as quality time with close friends.
Where are you from?
Born and bred in Indiana but spent my summers here in Colorado as a kid.
What is one of the greatest lessons you’ve learned in life?
Greatest lesson learned in life, stay curious! Never give up and keep working on finding the path. The minute we shut down, the world will suddenly slow down and shrink right before your eyes. Keep your eyes open with curiosity!
