About Our Salon

We are a Davines Exclusive Salon, committed to sustainable beauty and high-performance, environmentally responsible products. Our team includes three certified Davines Educators, including Dana Sova, National Master Trainer and Cutting Team Member. Ongoing education, mentorship, and growth are central to our culture, and we are grateful to continually learn from leaders within our industry.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

We believe luxury includes balance. Stylists enjoy a highly flexible schedule and are empowered to choose their own hours:

Choose your schedule Tuesday–Saturday

Sundays and Mondays available upon approval, pending salon events

Work only when you are booked with clients — no unnecessary downtime

Unlimited time off, supporting rest, creativity, and longevity in your career

Compensation & Commission

We offer a transparent, multi-tier commission structure with no hidden fees:

Service Commission (per payroll period)

$0 – $1,999: 40%

$2,000 – $3,999: 45%

$4,000 – $5,999: 50%

$6,000 and above: 55%

Retail Commission

Evaluated quarterly

10%–20%, based on retail sales as a percentage of total sales

✨ No backbar or color fees are deducted from stylist commissions.
